Japan Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry(METI) wanted to eliminate him. So he was arrested by Japan police. This is the reason why Mr.Carlos Ghosn was kicked out of Nissan. I felt something wrong about it.

There are many steel companies in the world, and there are a lot of companies for the bid.

The reason they didn’t bid for U.S. Steel is that there is clear risk, American minds.

So they didn’t touch the risk.

FRENEMY = Enemy who pretend friend.

Nippon Steel wished to avoid US protectionist trade by to buy U.S. Steel.

They pretend a friend of USA, but may be enemy.


Conclusion

I don’t prefer Japan companies’ business ways.
