I heard about essential skills in office working, English language, Accounting, and Information Technology(IT).

I know they are very important skills.


I thought about bottleneck persons in workspace.

They lack more than one skills of those.


In Japan, English language is not still essential, but Japanese language is essential.

Accounting skill is alternative to cost/profit literacy.

How about IT skill?

Bottleneck persons often lack IT skill.

IT systems are mede for bottleneck persons’ IT skill, so that bottleneck person’ IT skill will be the BOTTLENECK for the productivity of the systems.


I wonder why Japan companies have lower productivity than other countries.

I think that the existence of bottleneck persons causes it.


There may be some solutions for bottleneck persons.

1)Re-educate about their IT skills

2)Cut bottleneck person from workspace


It seems to choose 2) in other countries.

But Japan companies prefer to choose 2) or low productivities.


In my experience, the bottleneck persons prefer to print out a lot of papers.

So that I want them to change their working ways, or change their job which is enough work with a smartphone and tablet.


Here, I recall about AND/OR strategy.

Not only 1) or 2), but also 1) and 2).


The 1) and 2) is that give re-eduction about IT skills for bottleneck persons, then their boss can consider the result and lead them to work with IT skills, or with a tablet and a smartphone.

2016/12/29. None feedback from others in Japanese company Feedback is not always visible or sound , especially the fact of feedback is hidden by various suits. And in Japanese company, I often see the scene that ignorance to the people who did careless mistakes. Others don't say anything about the careless mistakes in front of the person, but in background, others speak ill of the person. This is none feedback. None feedback from others is very bad feedback, but in Japanese company, it is often. Why none feedback happens? In my experience, there are some reasons. When the person who made mistakes is upper than others, others want the person to fall out. When the person is equal level to others, others want the person not to promote. When the person is lower level, others want to make the person the targets for inner circle. I rethink that none feedback in company is bad signal for organization... None feedback happens when the company is bad statements!!!
