Bottleneck persons in workspace I heard about essential skills in office working, English language, Accounting, and Information Technology(IT). I know they are very important skills. I thought about bottleneck persons in workspace. They lack more than one skills of those. In Japan, English language is not still essential, but Japanese language is essential. Accounting skill is alternative to cost/profit literacy. How about IT skill? Bottleneck persons often lack IT skill. IT systems are mede for bottleneck persons’ IT skill, so that bottleneck person’ IT skill will be the BOTTLENECK for the productivity of the systems. I wonder why Japan companies have lower productivity than other countries. I think that the existence of bottleneck persons causes it.
