The brain absorption companies:Consulting Firms make the world worse Background I saw the news that many highly educated persons in Japan try to join in consulting firms. Their purposes may be short term profits and early retirements. I knew their purposes because I had same purpose… Consulting Firms make the world better or worse? Consulting Firms doesn’t make new products nor new fields, they only try to win competitions. They make the world worse. Brain absorption companies Consulting Firms are the brain absorption companies which absorb the thinking of business managers. Consulting Firms try to take charge of CEOs’ thinking. So that Consulting Firms absorb client companies’ brains. Consulting Firms’ arm They admire business professors’ theory. They use it as arm to client companies. However, theory doesn’t allow just one counterexample. Business professors’ theory is not to be called theory, it is to be called as hypothesis or idea (or joke). So that consulti

Background
I saw this news.
China's drivers fret as robotaxis pick up pace - and passengers

When I worked one construction company, I heard that if construction workers lose their job, they will do bad things.
One idea
I know there are a lot of solutions for this problem. To increase the field of construction workers is my solution.
My idea is “Sustainable Infrastructure”.
In Japan, it is partially permitted to use recycled aggregate to construct roads.
Recycled aggregate includes old asphalt, stones and dusts.
To use the recycled aggregate makes less new asphalt.
This technology is sustainable infrastructure.
Applying sustainable infrastructure to China
I don’t know China’s road conditions and whether to use recycled aggregates or not.My idea to apply to China is that roads which are center of city use new aggregates and new asphalts.
Then roads which are a little far away from center of city use 10% of recycled aggregates which were made in center of city.
Then roads which are far away from center of city use 20% of recycled aggregates which were made in center of city.
Then roads which are very far away from center of city use 30-50% of recycled aggregates which were made in center of city.
This is just like expansion of rolling networked roads.
