Rules and Power

Background
I thought about treaty of mutual cooperation and security between the United States and Japan(US-JP Treaty).

I concerned about “in the territories under the administration of Japan” includes Taiwan or not.
I don’t think the territories includes Taiwan.
But I know Chinese people take Taiwan as China for granted.

Rules are protected by Power

Almost all rules are protected by power.
If someone breaks the rules, he/she will be attacked by power.
If one side breaks US-JP treaty, what will happen?
If US breaks US-JP treaty, JP will protest to US.
If JP breaks US-JP treaty, what will US do?
I don’t want to imagine the result, and I don’t know what US will do to Japan.

Taiwan’s option

(A)If Taiwan people want US army to protect, Taiwan has to be the territory under the administration of Japan.
I think Taiwan doesn’t choose this option.
(B)If Taiwan people want to be independent from China, Taiwan has to ask US to help own country.
Taiwan may be a battle field.
(C)If Taiwan people want to keep current economy, Taiwan has to stay in democracy side.
This option may have time limit.
(D)If Taiwan people want to be under China completely, Taiwan will abandon its democracy.
This option may causes mild damage for democracy side.
There may be more options.
To split Taiwan to North and South, or East and West.
To mimic Hongkong or Singapore.
To have critical technology for democracy side.(This will stimulate China to get.)
To have nuclear weapons which can destroy the entire earth.

My opinion

I recalled AND/OR strategy.
Above option may be trigger for to select USA or China.
The trigger may turn to be World War 3rd.
I want to avoid it.
If Taiwan makes USA or China to USA and China, the situation will change.
If to keep current Taiwan become the common benefit between USA and China, World War 3 will be avoided.
If Taiwan people solve the conflict between USA and China, the world will be better.
High technologies such as CPU/GPU industry in Taiwan seems to be the common benefit between USA and China.
I think there may be further methods to find common benefit.
But I don’t have any idea now.
I think that Taiwan and Israel are under similar situation.
Israel has big pipe in USA.
If Taiwan has big pipes in USA and China, it may be helps.
(The pipe between Japan and Taiwan may be not helpful for Taiwan…)

Conclusion

I hope that Taiwan people can solve the conflict between USA and China.

My idea for this conflict

I think the conflict between USA and China will be solved by both countries to join TPP at the same time.
To join TPP at the same time will give both countries more benefits.
And if one side leaves out TPP, another side will get survivor benefits and the survivor benefits will decide the result of conflict.
If USA and China join TPP at the same time and then USA leaves out TPP, China will get survivor benefits and the benefits bring China to overcome to USA.
