I think about reasons of USA’s strong points.

USA created the internet as World Wide Web.

Why does internet spread so wide?

Internet has 3 strong points, Low-cost, Openness, and Resilience.


Low-cost, Openness, and Resilience

I made below matrix for easy understanding to USA’s strong points.

When technology spreads wide, its cost become lower.

Point (A) is the internet a little while ago.

Point (B) is the current internet.

Point (C) is the things which a few people knows and will be Point (A).

Point (D) is the things which a few people knows and may be point (C) or not.


USA’s strong points

USA’s strong points are to have Openness and Resilience with Low-cost.

But to see the above news, the resilience may become vulnerability.

I think that what cause it is too much to aim for Low-cost.

To think about this, the principle in USA’s strong point is to aim for Low-cost.

To things lower-cost is the USA’s strongest point.


Less power, things and money to do something(LESS)

I think less power, things and money to do something is good.

LESS or not is the lifeline for all businesses.

USA has strong advantage for LESS.


Human wave tactics and/or LESS tactics

There are a lot of companies with Human wave tactics.

They are against LESS tactics.

But I think about not only Human wave tactics or Less tactics, but also think about and/or.

To choose Human wave tactics or Less tactics is easy.

But from higher abstracted view, there may be other solutions.

Hybrid may be USA’s weakest point

To think above, Hybrid tactics may be USA’s weakest point.

To think about someone’s strong point can lead someone’s weak point.

A lot of Toyota’s Hybrid cars are sold in USA is natural for above reason.

Many Americans may not think about Hybrid car.

Of course they could invent Hybrid car , but cannot estimate how worth Hybrid car is.


Conclusion

I recommend American people to aware of your weak points.

Hybrid tactics may be one of them.

The Solicitation

  2020/12/27.     The Solicitation   When I was in Cafe, I saw the solicitation for automatic investment system (must be scam) between 2 young men. I watched them and found some things. (1)They were telling about FX or stock automatic investment tools. ->A lot of people are trying it with very efforts. (2)The solicitor was using tablet device, but recruited person was using paper and pencil. ->There is very big digital information difference between them. (3)The solicitor told that this tools would bring money forever. ->100% scam. —>The result from (1)(2)(3), I thought that the scam is happened when there is information difference. Thinking about solicitation, we have to rethink if we are hunter or food.

2016/12/29. Cheaper works: Hard competition makes expensive work cheaper. In Japan, there are some people who thinks there are a lot of workers, and they are exchangeable easily.
