  Why Mr.Carlos Ghosn was kicked out of Nissan I saw this news interestingly. Renault open to Nissan pursuing merger talks with Honda, Bloomberg News reports https://www.reuters.com/business/autos-transportation/renault-open-nissan-pursuing-merger-talks-with-honda-bloomberg-news-reports-2024-12-18/ Mr.Carlos Ghosn might oppose to the merger with Honda and Nissan. Japan Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry(METI) wanted to eliminate him. So he was arrested by Japan police. This is the reason why Mr.Carlos Ghosn was kicked out of Nissan. Japan government have been protecting Article 9 and taking “離間計” action between USA and China.

Article 9. Aspiring sincerely to an international peace based on justice and order, the Japanese people forever renounce war as a sovereign right of the nation and the threat or use of force as means of settling international disputes.

In order to accomplish the aim of the preceding paragraph, land, sea, and air forces, as well as other war potential, will never be maintained. The right of belligerency of the state will not be recognized.

“離間計” action is the tactics to break the situation by separating the targets.
