I am learning about Python language with Udemy. 

Dr.Angel’s “100 days of coding” is best course I have met.

Python language is just like user side computer programming language.

It is very useful for computer users.

This means that Python language will be defect standard in programming languages.

There are various computer OS, and Python will be language across those OSs.


Python is powerful language.

For example, I use Python library PyPDF2 for combining PDF.

This library saves money for me to buy additional PDF readers’ function.

The function costs $15per a month.


There are lots of IDE(App for writing codes), and I am using VSCode on Windows.

VSCode is free IDE for private development.

Very useful, it is.


If someone wants to get new skill, I recommend learning Python.

And how I learn Python are below.

(1)Watching Udemy courses.

(2)Reading books.

(3)Copying codes from Udemy courses and books.

(4)Additionally, reading magazines about Python.

(5)Coding what I want to make with internet articles.


I want to highlight that (4) is important.

Because learning programming language is self learning.

It makes my skill higher, but too much originality.

Too much originality is not wide useful.

So reading the magazine helps me not to make my skills smaller range.

Magazines has information what I wasn’t interested in.

2016/12/29. None feedback from others in Japanese company Feedback is not always visible or sound , especially the fact of feedback is hidden by various suits. And in Japanese company, I often see the scene that ignorance to the people who did careless mistakes. Others don't say anything about the careless mistakes in front of the person, but in background, others speak ill of the person. This is none feedback. None feedback from others is very bad feedback, but in Japanese company, it is often. Why none feedback happens? In my experience, there are some reasons. When the person who made mistakes is upper than others, others want the person to fall out. When the person is equal level to others, others want the person not to promote. When the person is lower level, others want to make the person the targets for inner circle. I rethink that none feedback in company is bad signal for organization... None feedback happens when the company is bad statements!!!
