Human evaluations are difficult, because they are all opinions. Human evaluations are very difficult. Because they are all someone’s opinions. I found it. Human vertical and horizontal evaluations are all stood on someone’s opinions. So that there is no perfect evaluation. If some consultants bring to you perfect human resource evaluation, the consultants are liars.
2018/8/1. Psychopathy:Interesting book(Japanese edition only?)
“Psychopathy”, the book which was written by Nobuko-Nakano, who is famous brain-scientist, is very interesting.
This book wrote about what psychopathies are, their characters & skills, their brains, winners & losers, history, and so on.
I am interested in that there are winners and losers between psychopathy.
Losers psychopathy are arrested and go to prisons.
But winners psychopathy promote in company and become CEO.
Low sympathy to others is needed for promotion in the company I have worked.
And people similar to psychopathy can promote.
This book wrote that there is a few psychopathy in Japan society, but I don’t think so for this experience.
Psychopathy can promote under the situation that the company won’t grow up any more.
In high growing up, the company focuses on teamworks. But in low growing up, the company focuses on mistakes.
And psychopathy presses their mistakes to others.
In low growth company, psychopathy will promote easier than others.
