Human evaluations are difficult, because they are all opinions. Human evaluations are very difficult. Because they are all someone’s opinions. I found it. Human vertical and horizontal evaluations are all stood on someone’s opinions. So that there is no perfect evaluation. If some consultants bring to you perfect human resource evaluation, the consultants are liars.

What is perfect or problem?
Trying to find perfect or problem, good or bad, 1 or 0, becomes accelerator or braking pedal when I see myself.
When I ask to myself how I should behave,
my emotions become gas pedal or braking pedal. Gas pedal or braking pedal are optimistic or pessimistic in other words.
There are intermediate things between situation judging and emotional feeling.
The intermediate things are called as images.
Images are products from past experiences. They are useful for quick judgement, so many people prefer to use images. Images become solid as they use for many times. Then images become lenses. These lenses are just like common senses in original culture.
But these lenses are to rewrite when I want to change myself. These lenses are barriers. Lenses are results from past emotions and judgment.
How can I rewrite my lenses?
Focusing on current emotions is one answer. When I reminded past problems, I try to focus on current emotions, not past emotions. Current emotions are different from past ones.
#But I wonder why I remind only past problems...
