2018/6/2. Why Bank of Japan is buying ETFs?
Additional explain for my opinion…
Bank of Japan(BOJ) is buying a lot of government’s bonds & domestic stocks(ETF).
I know buying government’s bond by BOJ is very dangerous for the trust of Japanese Yen.
And if the trust is lost, hyper inflation is caused. Hyper inflation causes stocks’ price higher.
And if government is bankruptcy, hyper inflation is caused, too.
So offsetting the hyper inflation’s effect is buying a lot of ETF and defending trust of BOJ.
Also, defending big companies to be bought by foreign companies is additional purposes.
