Hard skills, Soft skills & Energy

2018/1/8. Hard skills, Soft skills & Energy 

I think that people has own hard skills, soft skills & energy, like PC, CPU, OS & electric energy.
If the people doesnt have energy, the people doesnt work. 
And if the people doesnt have property OS, the people often gets angry to the world. 
And if the people doesnt have enough CPU, the people often does mistakes.

Hard skills means the word skills (Language skills:Society, Science & Machine) & IQ.
Soft skills means the characters of the people. 
Energy means how much power the people can have.

These 3 components are important for success, and I focus on OS in this blog now.
(Just my opinion)
OS = Soft skills of people.
This OS is divided by 4 types.
Type of 
Windows:People who dislike strange things or new things. Majority.
Mac: People who has unique or like to be seen as unique. Sometimes on the way of running to the professional.
Linux: People who has professional skill in some fields.
Unix: People who like to help from invisible side, just like server.

Linux
Unix
Majority 
On the way of professional 
Professional 
Invisible professional 
Dont learn
Learning 
After learning 
After learning 

Mac OS people will go to the Linux or Unix, or go back to Windows.
The point of no return is not having the fear about leaving from majority.


#I want to improve my hard skills, especially Machine language, so I need to change my OS & use energy for it.

2016/12/29. None feedback from others in Japanese company Feedback is not always visible or sound , especially the fact of feedback is hidden by various suits. And in Japanese company, I often see the scene that ignorance to the people who did careless mistakes. Others don't say anything about the careless mistakes in front of the person, but in background, others speak ill of the person. This is none feedback. None feedback from others is very bad feedback, but in Japanese company, it is often. Why none feedback happens? In my experience, there are some reasons. When the person who made mistakes is upper than others, others want the person to fall out. When the person is equal level to others, others want the person not to promote. When the person is lower level, others want to make the person the targets for inner circle. I rethink that none feedback in company is bad signal for organization... None feedback happens when the company is bad statements!!!
