I think not seeing in short terms is effective. Proper terms of control the household is important. If I control the household by the view of 1 monthly, the gambling is attractive and I feel to go gambling. This is because of attracting for winning.
If I control the household by the view of 1 yearly, the gambling is only punishment.
Keeping on gambling leads us losing to life. So proper terms view is effective.
