By my seeing, the real estate company aims to set the goal still in 2018-2019.
Goal means that they sell real estate to the customers completely.
And they have power to the Japanese politics. So low interest rates by Japan central bank will be kept in their goal, maybe 2018, this is my opinion. I don't have enough conviction.
