Renault open to Nissan pursuing merger talks with Honda, Bloomberg News reports https://www.reuters.com/business/autos-transportation/renault-open-nissan-pursuing-merger-talks-with-honda-bloomberg-news-reports-2024-12-18/ Mr.Carlos Ghosn might oppose to the merger with Honda and Nissan. Japan Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry(METI) wanted to eliminate him. So he was arrested by Japan police. This is the reason why Mr.Carlos Ghosn was kicked out of Nissan. There are 2 types of agreement, on trust or on credit.
(Former is culture, latter is business.)

Deeper agreement is on trust, this is obvious. And if someone wants to keep on relationship, there is need to know the difference.

•Agreement on trust provides long, big and deep relationship. This is just like asset.
•Agreement on credit provides business only once.
•There are 7-8 cultures in the world, and common language will be English.
