Renault open to Nissan pursuing merger talks with Honda, Bloomberg News reports https://www.reuters.com/business/autos-transportation/renault-open-nissan-pursuing-merger-talks-with-honda-bloomberg-news-reports-2024-12-18/ Mr.Carlos Ghosn might oppose to the merger with Honda and Nissan. Japan Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry(METI) wanted to eliminate him. So he was arrested by Japan police. This is the reason why Mr.Carlos Ghosn was kicked out of Nissan. This is Japan, and this is the Japan.

The way is continually trying to see the reality, reading books and get feedback in my mind.

•Academic smarts want to fit specific model cases, often by their stubborn views, and ignore the reality.
•Street smarts want short-term benefits, so they often act just like hollywood stars and want to know only answers.

These smartness include danger of fighting and ignorance each other.

Often the street smarts win to this danger because of their money as tax.
